Welcome to Picture Perfect! You've found your non-stop information highway. Please read the following for all of the basics- including earning cards, gaining levels and trade post etiquette everyone must follow.




about us

Picture Perfect is a Trading Card Game that was first imagined in July of 2009. It takes the general idea of a television and movies tcg and adds a more in-depth and complex feel to the subject. With a variety of decks per movie/tvshow and an endless number of special masteries to attain, you should find plenty of things to collect here! Credit for the online concept of tcgs goes to Calico.



starter pack

The number of cards you get in your starter pack depends on which set you choose to collect first.

If you choose a...
  • General TV/Movie Deck: you recieve four cards from your collecting set.
  • Episode/Character/Relationship Deck: you receive three cards from your collecting set.
  • Scene Deck: you receive two cards from your collecting set.

    No matter what type of deck you choose to collect first, you will always recieve the following:
  • 5 random regular cards.
  • 1 random special card.
  • 1 random concessions item.



    levels and leveling up

    Levels are determined by card worth. Please note: these numbers are tentative and more levels will be added as is needed.

  • Level 01: 0000 --- 0050
  • Level 02: 0051 --- 0100
  • Level 03: 0101 --- 0200
  • Level 04: 0201 --- 0300
  • Level 05: 0301 --- 0400
  • Level 06: 0401 --- 0550
  • Level 07: 0551 --- 0700
  • Level 08: 0701 --- 0850
  • Level 09: 0851 --- 1000
  • Level 10: 1001 --- 1150
  • Level 11: 1151 --- 1400
  • Level 12: 1401 --- 1650
  • Level 13: 1651 --- 2000
  • Level 14: 2001 --- 2500
  • Level 15: 2501 --- 3000

    Rewards: 2 choice regular cards or 1 choice special card --- and 2 random regular cards.



    mastery rewards

    Due to the multitude of deck types here at Picture Perfect, rewards differ from type to type. Check below for specific rewards for each kind of deck.

  • 25 Card Regular Deck:
    Two choice regular cards, two random regular cards. and one random special card.

  • 20 Card Regular Deck:
    Two choice regular cards and three random regular cards.

  • 15 Card Regular Deck:
    Two choice regular cards and two random regular cards.

  • 18 Card Puzzle Deck:
    One choice special card, one random special card, and two random regular cards.

  • 15 Card Special Deck:
    One choice special card, one random special card, and two random regular cards.

  • 10 Card Regular Deck:
    One choice regular card and two random regular cards.



    trade post guidelines

    Simple, but neccessary! Please make sure to include all of the following on your trade post:

  • A link back to Picture Perfect.
  • A level badge or some visual indication of your current level.
  • Your current card count and card worth.
  • Easy to find contact information or trade form.
  • A detailed trade log.
  • A detailed card listing would be nice as well- an easy distiction between what cards you are keeping and which you don't mind trading :)

    Am I playing?
    I am indeed! When I run a TCG, I fall far too much in-love not to participate. My weekly pay, based on the net amount of cards each of you get per game update, will be 6 random regular cards and 1 random special. You all should be getting double this amount if I'm on top of updating games, and this does not include the extra cardage you recieve from concession items. If you find this unfair in any way please do not hesitate to contact me about the matter.

    On top of weekly pay, I will also recieve cards for doing various things around the site. This is to make up for, but not precede, the fact that you all should earn double the amount of cards I am given and the fact that I will not recieve concession items. Rewards are as follows:

  • Creating Decks:
    One random regular cards, and one card from created deck.

  • Badges & Buttons:
    Two random regular cards.



    update schedule

    Updates will be on a specific shedule here at Picture Perfect, and hypothetically should coincide with the following guidelines:

  • Weekly Update (Usually between Friday-Monday)
    At least four new card sets, and one group of games.

  • Start of Month Update (First Weekend of New Month)
    At least four new card sets, a new layout, and all monthly games.

    I will do my best to adhere to this schedule... but even if I am super busy and cannot make a scheduled update, I absolutely promise that I will let everyone know before hand.
